Claro cares about its employees beyond the working hours. This human approach is the foundation for a number of initiatives that go far beyond the employer-employee relationship. A good example of this commitment was the Safe Driving elearning course, developed to increase employee’s safety while driving in the chaotic big city traffic.
Humor can be a powerful ally in the learning process when used in the right way and with a clear purpose. That was the case here – by making fun of aggressive and careless behaviors of drivers we were able to address a very serious subject in a fun and light way.
